This pillar focuses on empowering Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and Community-Led Organizations (CLOs) to deliver high-quality, inclusive, and sustainable HIV services.

The goal is to build the organizational and technical capacity of local entities to effectively respond to HIV and other health challenges.

Efforts will be made to improve the skills of local health workers and to develop community-driven programs that prioritize inclusivity and long-term sustainability.
