This pillar focuses on creating an enabling policy environment for HIV services in South Sudan.

It calls for advocacy efforts aimed at engaging policymakers, governmental bodies, and international stakeholders to ensure that HIV policies are inclusive, evidence-based, and supportive of marginalized populations.

Advocacy campaigns will focus on dismantling structural barriers to HIV care and promoting policies that guarantee access to services for all South Sudanese people.
